Welcome to the Verbs In Use

Welcome to Verbs in Use, a mobile application developed by BearInTheDark Dev Studio. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. User Accounts

You can log in using OAuth through Google or Apple. If you do not use your account for 90 days, it will be automatically deleted. You can delete your account at any time in the settings if you have signed up using OAuth.

2. Payments

We use Google Pay and Apple Pay for payment processing. Your purchase information is stored securely and can be restored across multiple devices.

3. Data Storage and Usage

All data is stored locally on your device by default. An internet connection is required for API services, such as text translation and text-to-speech functionalities.

4. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account, you can do so through the settings menu if you signed up using OAuth (Google or Apple sign-in).

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to block accounts in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of the app.

6. Learning Content

Our app helps you learn verbs in context with visual annotations, making the learning process interactive and engaging. You can share the cards and content from the app for free.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email.
